The prostate, also known as the P-spot or prostate gland, is a man's sexual organ that is the size of a walnut. It can be found between the bladder and the pelvic floor. It is made out of small glands and muscular tissue, and it can be felt inside the anus. In order to do this, the finger should be inserted approx. 5–7 centimetres into the rectum. The finger should be pointing towards the abdominal wall when it gets inserted. The prostate is a spot that feels slightly rough and can therefore be found fairly quickly.
The small gland has a very important task:
It produces the so-called prostate secretions. This makes up part of the seminal fluid and is important for the mobility of the sperm. Preparation for prostate Stimulation
It is very important to prepare and to clean this area thoroughly before prostate stimulation. An anal douche can be used to flush excrement out of the rectum for the most hygienic stimulation possible.
